Community Groups

My name is pronounced Leez-uh. If you see me around, please come on over and say hi! I grew up in South Africa until the age of 15, when our family moved to the United States. My dad was in the military, so we moved every couple of years throughout my childhood. Finding myself as the new person in any given social environment on a regular basis and needing to be intentional about building new friendships birthed in me a deep passion for community.

I started my career in corporate event planning and then shifted my focus into the field of ministry, planning countless church-wide, women’s ministry, children’s ministry, and small group events over the years, which I have loved! I also co-founded the Women’s Reset Conferences to encourage women and “reset” their perspective on their faith. My goal is for each Mosaic event to be a fun-filled, welcoming gateway into deeper, ongoing, supportive, and meaningful breakout communities where you can find your people, those you intentionally share life with, can be vulnerable with, and are supported by.

I met my husband, Gregg, when we were in college, and we have three lovely daughters. I love laughing, movies, chocolate, dancing, singing in the car, traveling, spending time with friends, sitting around a fire making s’mores, reading a book on the porch while listening to the rain, and going to sport or music events in a stadium. Most of all, I love spending time with Gregg and our girls, especially at the beach!
