Joel Coffman

I’ve been on staff at Mosaic since 2009, where I’ve served in a variety of pastoral roles. Currently, I have the privilege of serving Mosaic by focusing on the development of ministry endeavors of the church and overseeing our staff along with a wonderful team of people.

I am married to Lauren, and we have two daughters with beautiful red hair and wild personalities, and a third daughter on the way. Haddon is named after Charles Haddon Spurgeon, and Piper is named after John Piper. If you don’t know who those two pastors are, do yourself a favor and check them out. We also have a goldendoodle named Stella and a small flock of chickens, and reside in the town of Oakland.

In my very limited free time, I enjoy golf and love fellowship on the golf course- hit me up if you want to try and play a round- I’m always open to the idea! I also love watching Florida State Football, but most of my time with my growing family.
