Joel Coffman

I’ve been on staff at Mosaic since 2009, where I’ve served in a variety of pastoral roles. Currently, I have the privilege of serving Mosaic by focusing on the development of ministry endeavors of the church and overseeing our staff along with a wonderful team of leaders.

I am married to Lauren, and we have 3 daughters with beautiful red hair and wild personalities. Haddon is named after Charles Haddon Spurgeon, Piper is named after John Piper, and Keller is named after Timothy Keller. If you don’t know who any of those pastors are, do yourself a favor and check them out! We also have a goldendoodle named Stella and a small flock of chickens, and reside in the town of Oakland.

In my very limited free time, I enjoy playing golf and love fellowship on the golf course- hit me up if you want to try and play a round- I’m always open to the idea! I also love watching Florida State Football (not so much the 2024 Seminoles- oof), but I spend most of my time with my growing family.
