Jennifer Stilling

I have always loved working with people, especially children, which led me to pursue a degree in Communication Disorders. I have worked as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the past 30 years. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including schools, hospitals, and private clinics.

My husband and I moved to Florida from Wisconsin in 2002, where we began raising our family and welcomed our two daughters.

My journey at Mosaic began in 2019. Shortly after arriving, I began serving as a Sidekick with Kids with Special Needs, and my love for serving others continued to grow. In 2025–2026, I was honored to be part of Mosaic’s internship program, where I felt God calling me into ministry.

Outside of ministry and work, I love spending time with my family, enjoying God’s creation, and being around animals. You will often find me hiking, walking my dog, or simply spending time outdoors. Unlike many people, I especially love the summer heat—I like to think of it as a warm hug from God!

I am grateful for the many ways God has guided my journey and am excited to continue following wherever He leads.
