Crisilee DeBacker

I am a Michigan native and moved to Florida to work for Walt Disney World back in 2018. I started regularly attending Mosaic Church and felt The Spirit moving here in a very palpable way. In late 2020, I jumped into Mosaic Kids serving as a classroom leader. That time Sunday mornings was a beautiful combination of my passions for storytelling, children, and Jesus—and I wanted to be a part of it as much as I could in any way that I could!

God has been teaching me so much about His goodness and faithfulness over the past few years. Being able to come on staff here as a Kids Coordinator is a huge answer to prayer, and I can’t wait to see the amazing things He continues to do through this ministry.

I see God the clearest in His Creation, so when I’m not at Mosaic, you’re very likely to find me outside—whether it’s traveling around the US, exploring nature trails, or reading a book on the beach!
