Amanda Wright

The goodness of the gospel, Jesus’s saving work to rescue His rebellious children, is the story I want to tell with the time and opportunity I have in this life. To do that through God’s Kingdom work here at Mosaic since 2004 has been an incredible blessing! I’ve had the pleasure of serving in many ministry areas over the years, which has prepared me for this current role of ensuring vision alignment and impact for the whole of the church. I work with some really impressive people – the kindest, most insightful, generous, and hard-working staff. Many of whom have become my dearest friends after years of shared experiences serving the Lord and delighting in the beauty of His creation – nature and community!

My passion in ministry work is to make the most of the time and resources we have to share the gospel, disciple believers, and care well for people in our community and beyond; all with clarity and excellence worthy of the Lord. God created me to care deeply, to move things forward, to communicate clearly, and to provide consistency. I prefer order and met expectations, but God is good to provide opportunities on this flawed planet to rely on Him and not in the certainty of circumstances. (Being a Foster Parent increased this dramatically!)

If I’m not at church, you may find me working on a puzzle, enjoying family dinner, hanging out at Disney World, or traveling with friends. I love to learn and enjoy expanding my understanding of God’s Word through those generous enough to share their gifting with others: John Piper, Jen Wilkin, Tim Keller, Rebecca McLaughlin, Tara-Leigh Cobble, and Chris Tiegreen.
