February 2023 – Newsletter Making the Gospel Known in our City We have a lot to celebrate and be excited about in the month of February. This past Sunday, we saw 19 people celebrate their new life in Christ through baptism! Next Sunday is Local Mission Sunday, and our gathering will be focused on the opportunities we have to love and serve vulnerable families and children right here in our city.
In addition to this, many of our learning spaces have recently launched and will have open enrollment all the way through the life of the class. Visit our calendar to learn more or see some of our upcoming opportunities below.

We want to make the Gospel known in our city. We want to join God in His redemptive mission among our neighbors, the marginalized, and the Nations. Join us for on Sunday, February 26th at 1:00pm to learn more about how you can take the next step to get involved in these local mission initiatives! Lunch and Child Care will be provided.

Open Enrollment Exodus Bible Study
This Spring, we will be jumping back into the book of Exodus with a focus on chapters 19-40 for 11 weeks. Our studies are designed to be a journey of learning that will involve personal study, small-group discussion, and large-group teaching. During our time together, we will learn how to study the Bible and how to use specific tools to enhance our understanding of God’s word.

Open Enrollment Abide with Jesus Class
This 10-week class will be a journey through the disciplines of our faith (listening to God’s voice through Scripture, prayer, fasting, etc.). In John 15, Jesus gives all of his followers repeated invitations to abide in Him in order to live a fruitful and faithful life, but what does it mean to practically abide in Jesus in the everyday regularity of our lives?

Open Enrollment Mission with Jesus Class
This will be a 10-week training in the proclamation and demonstration of the Gospel. Isn’t it typically hard to keep good news to yourself? There is a certain thrill that comes with saying, “Guess what!” And yet, many of us Christians struggle to share the best news we’ve ever received.
