January 2023 – Newsletter Happy February Mosaic Families! We are excited to enter February with our memory verse focusing on love for one another, quite fitting for this month! John 13:35 “By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.” We will be teaching the stories from God’s Word of Jesus feeding the 5000 (Matthew 4:18-22), walking on water Mark 6:45-54), healing the lame man (Mark 2:1-12), and healing the man born blind (John 9). Jump in the scriptures with your kids and help them review what they learn!

Great News... we are looking to decrease your wait time at kid check so you have more time to chat with friends and connect with people in the lobby! This will allow you to check your child in on your phone and print the nametags at a kid-check kiosk when you arrive. You can download the kidcheck app (below), check-in on your phone, and complete check-in upon arrival. |

Wednesday • February 22, 2023 Ash Wednesday Gathering
We are very excited to come together on Ash Wednesday for a special holiday gathering in the sanctuary with worship and a message to start the season of lent. Our Easter series will begin the following Sunday, and it will be such a special time at Mosaic!

Saturday • February 25, 2023 Buddy Break
Buddy Break is a family-respite program founded by Nathaniel’s Hope that we host. At Buddy Break, kids with special needs (and their siblings) can make new friends while their parents/caretakers get a break from their ongoing responsibilities for two hours on a Saturday morning once a month. Kids are teamed up for the day with a Buddy, alongside whom they play games and enjoy crafts, activities, therapy dogs, and other memorable moments.
