Good Friday

We call it Good Friday because we stand on this side of history, recognizing the “good” that was accomplished for us. However, those who experienced this day first-hand experienced no good whatsoever. Yet, it is hindsight that gives us a more complete perspective on how truly, fully, and breathtakingly good this day truly was. Good Friday invites us to set all things aside, remembering and recognizing that in Christ’s enduring work on the cross, God did an extraordinarily good work on our behalf!
