Our Aim

The aim is that every intern will be able to experience the life and leadership of Mosaic Church at a level where you can identify and clarify if and where God is calling you to vocational ministry and give you tangible next steps on how to walk into that calling.

What to Expect

This will include a minimum of 10 hours a week of commitment in a very relational structure split between some classroom environments as well as contextualized ministry spaces with different departments within Mosaic Church.

As we take leading and guiding your life through the structures and systems of this program very seriously, here are some next steps we recommend. Take some time to pray intentionally as you seek guidance and clarity from the Lord. Consult trusted leaders in your life who know you well and genuinely want to see you flourish.
