Randall Morcom

Hope Africa Collective has a multifaceted approach to ending poverty in the townships of Cape Town, South Africa. Randall is joining the team on the ground in South Africa as the Operations Manager. In this role, he will be supporting the local staff and the students they serve through a variety of functions that give them the tools they need to provide life-transforming programs.

How to get involved

option .01 Pray with us

  • Pray for his continued and increasing intimacy with Jesus. 
  • Pray he would root his identity deep in the gospel and not in what he does at Hope Africa Collective or how well he does it.
  • Pray that God gives him great wisdom as he makes decisions.
  • Pray for hearts and lives to change through the work of Hope Africa Collective.
  • Pray he would stay focused and faithful to the call God has placed on his life, even in the midst of the ups and downs of difficult ministry.
  • Pray for fruit for God’s Kingdom—that he would demonstrate and declare the gospel and that God would transform the hearts and lives of men, women, and children in their community.

option .02 Serve with us

  • Encourage him by writing an encouraging email, letting him know that you are praying for him. 
  • Support him by joining his Global Impact Team. 
  • Go on a short-term mission trip to learn about Hope Africa Collective’s ministry and serve with them in making the gospel known in their community. 
  • Go long-term to join their team and serve in cross-cultural ministry. Missionaries and ministries need people who are willing to join them on mission and give of themselves to do justice and mercy, to make the gospel known, make disciples, and see the kingdom of God advance. Prayerfully consider whether God might be calling you to go and join them in their work. 

option .03 Give financially

  • Participate in global mission through financial support by giving above and beyond your regular giving at Mosaic to directly support a missionary with a one-time gift or a regular recurring gift. (Select Project 2021 RSM.)
