In Romans 1, God tells us that He has revealed Himself to all of humanity in the things that have been made. This class, “God’s Fingerprints in Nature” will take us on a journey through how God has made Himself known to us from the very beginning. We’ll explore His fingerprints from things that we see through a telescope to zoomed way in through a microscope.
We’re going to examine scientific evidence for the existence of God while simultaneously diving into the wonder and beauty of God’s creation that will move your spirit to worship Him. We’ll also dispel the narrative that the world pushes that Christian faith believes things contrary to evidence or in the absence of evidence. So we’ll reconcile how faith, reason, and science play together beautifully. This class will encourage your faith. It will equip you to speak intelligently with others about the existence of God as you live on mission with Jesus.
What to expect:
This class will be taught by Josh Taylor, who is finishing his doctorate in apologetics. You’ll receive a workbook that you can keep for future reference. While there won’t be any assigned homework, you will benefit from reviewing the material each week. Our hope is that it will inspire you to go on a lifelong journey diving deeper into the mountains of incredible resources available to the Body of Christ.
