Are you interested in leading a Missional Community, but not sure you are quite ready?

We are starting some “training groups” in January 2017 for potential MC leaders that will meet for six months and then disband to go and start multiple new Missional Communities.

One group will meet on Monday nights in Clermont led by Phil and Aimee Taylor and the other will meet on Wednesday nights in Winter Garden led by Gabriel & Tiffany Forsyth. To join one of these new groups and get trained as a Missional Community Leader please fill out the form below:

WHAT IS A MISSIONAL COMMUNITY?

A Missional Community is a group of 12 to 18 adults who orient their lives around being on mission together to make the Gospel known among a shared network of relationships, neighborhood, or target group of people. They do this by developing intentional devotional and missional rhythms in their life together.

WHY MISSIONAL COMMUNITIES?

Missional Communities are the core of our church family where we live out our vision to demonstrate our Passion for God and His Passion for People and our mission to make the Gospel known to our city and the world. Together we live out Biblical Community in the midst of our larger Community so that the Gospel is made known to our neighbors, co-workers, and friends.

Currently, about 40% of people who attend Mosaic are involved in a Missional Community. We would like that number to grow to 80%! Because we want to see more people experiencing the good news of the Gospel, and growing together as Disciples, Family, and Missionary Servants, we want to start more Missional Communities.
