We will continue to post all new updates here on our website. You can find them directly at thisismosaic.org/updates.
There’s no denying we’ve entered a pivotal season and we’re not sure how long or short it will be. As updates on the coronavirus pandemic continue to be released, we want to respond responsibly—adjusting our daily rhythms to best care for the health of the local and global community.
We want you to know that the physical safety as well as spiritual and relational health of our congregation remain our priorities.
This is why during this time, the following will be in place at both of our campuses for the foreseeable future:
We will be posting our Sunday gathering on our website at 9:00am every Sunday and have it available on our website throughout the following week.
ASL interpreting and Spanish translation will be available.
We have the opportunity to gather in a unique way in the upcoming weeks.
We are encouraging groups of 10 or more to meet online through free tools like Zoom or Google Hangouts as well as continue to share encouragements and needs with one another through text and messaging apps.
Directions on how to use Google Hangouts. *Requires everyone in the Hangout to have a google email address.
Your missional community, group, and/or class leaders will be reaching out to you soon with more information!
We want to encourage all Mosaic Young Adults to use this time to join the rest of Mosaic in gathering online for Sunday’s worship and message, as well as connecting with their missional community through online platforms.
We will also be offering additional devotional resources and avenues of community and discipleship through Mosaic’s social media.
All of us at Mosaic were incredibly sad to learn that with the end of the Walt Disney World College Program this semester, all College Program and International College Program participants are being dismissed from College Program Housing.
College Program participants: know we are grieving with you at this unexpected end of an experience that for many of you was a dream come true. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. We’re also very away that this unexpected transition may create practical difficulties for you.
Whether or not you’ve ever been a regular part of one of our campuses, we want to be a resource to you in any way we can—whether that’s through helping you find temporary housing or rides to the airport, prayer, or even just being someone you can talk to. If you could use some help, please reach out to our WDW Connect Coordinator, Jennifer.
Winter Garden & Mosaic at WDW community: If you are able to provide any kind of assistance to College Program participants, please contact our WDW Connect Coordinator, Jennifer, as well and let her know what help you can offer.
In this time while we’re not able to be physically together, we’ll be sharing encouragements, prayers, short teachings, and devotionals throughout every week on Instagram and Facebook as well as on our website.
We know that all of us are experiencing quite a shift from our regular weekly rhythms, but the rhythm of abiding in Jesus—following His way, truth, and life—remains. And in doing so, we find He is our anchor in all times, always drawing us in closer towards Him and others.
Let’s not stop fearlessly pressing into abiding in Him individually and as a community in every moment. He pulls great purpose and beauty out of all seasons, leading us in every step.
